I went there many times it is top of the mountain, going up there kind of tricky and long drive. You might think not so many people goes there but it is not true its very popular tourist attraction point.
There is a car park at the base (which is 3,000 pesos) and the hill looks steeper than it is (I made it to the top without too much hassle).
