I tried tortilla in many locations. In big different Casa Dani make the best tortilla in Madrid. It is perfectly cooked creamy texture with caramelized onions which gives sweet taste to it. We ate there two days in a row for the tortilla and that was same without any change.

This place is not worth to go... don't bother !!
It was highly recommended it to us because of their fish! First of all they are not open Saturday nor Sunday. I know because I went there 3 times. I would say that the fish was pretty good: light and crispy outside, moist and flaky inside. But definitely it was over salty which I wouldn't eat....
